Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at QuotStyle where motivation meets design! We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the custom nature of our Print-on-Demand products, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns Policy

Since all of our products are made to order (custom-printed), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please email us at quotstyle@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product (showing the issue)

  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request within 2–3 business days and offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement at no additional cost

  • A full refund to your original payment method

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the customized nature of Print-on-Demand, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Color differences due to monitor/screen variations

  • Delays caused by third-party shipping carriers

Note: We provide detailed size guides and product previews on each product page to help you make informed choices.

4. Order Cancellations

We allow cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order will enter production and cannot be canceled or modified.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at quotstyle@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

5. Refunds Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  • First, confirm your shipping address was entered correctly.

  • Check with your local postal service.

  • Contact us within 14 days from the estimated delivery date.

We’ll investigate and work with you to resolve the issue.
